We have been involved in Outplacement Services for over ten years but in 2016 we launched our own outplacement offering to meet the needs of clients going through redundancy, restructure and change management.

We offer a personal, tailored support service for as long as it takes.
We are different from many outplacement service providers as we use our heritage in recruitment to ensure that your candidates have the most up to date knowledge of the current jobs market and methods of application which means that they will be more prepared and “job fit” than other candidates going through similar programmes. We also know that one size doesn’t fit all and therefore are keen to provide a bespoke service with experienced consultants to help your employees take their next step – whatever that step may be.
Group Outplacement Workshops
We offer a range of different workshops to suit your company and your staff needs. Run for up to 10 people they combine job search workshops with professional consultant support in a supportive safe group setting covering all the important issues and questions arising at time of job change to ensure that your redundant staff are fit for the current jobs market.
All candidates that attend our workshops receive on-going support by telephone and email from their designated outplacement consultant until they are successfully settled in their next role.
Group outplacement programmes are a cost effective way to offer the benefits of outplacement support to a greater number of people within your organisation.
This is our "light touch" individual distance support programme which offers unlimited telephone and email support for individuals over a 3-month period with one of our outplacement consultants. It is our most cost effective outplacement support programme.
Our light-touch distance programme is often used by companies where individuals work remotely, or where numbers and locations make setting up group programmes difficult. The light touch approach can also be used for individuals where you don't feel the individual support programme is appropriate.
One to One Support
Our one-to-one support is personal and tailored redundancy support for employees who you want to provide with individual help. It is especially suited to employees in more senior positions and those with very long service.
We arrange for one of our consultants to meet with your employee and we tailor the support to the individual, but it usually includes two face to face meetings and unlimited telephone and email support. We work together to coach them through the transition period and support them by giving them the tools to make new applications and consider new career opportunities, or advise on alternative career approaches such as consulting and new business start- up.
We understand that all outplacement and redundancy situations are different for each company and each individual involved. Therefore to support you and your employees going through this difficult time we offer a range of additional services to complement our one-to-one and group support.
These services can be added to our other programmes or used as separate support days as required.
