We use the PeopleClues on-line profiling of candidates to show how their personalities fit their potential roles. The tests also give candidates really useful information about words they may want to consider using on their CVs to highlight their strengths. They can also be used as an advisory tool to help individuals understand their strengths and what other sorts of positions they may want to consider.
The psychometric tests are easily completed by individuals and take around 20 minutes for the individuals to complete.
Using our strong recruitment heritage we search and work closely with local companies in your vicinity to uncover jobs for your out-placed individuals. We can post these vacancies on notice boards with as much extra information as we can along with the individual support needed to help your candidates to apply.
We will also work on your behalf to try and place some out-placed individuals directly into local companies too.
We can offer time-slots for candidates to book themselves in during a day to have a practice interview session. This will include a formal interview process, in line with the type of position that they are most interested in securing along with full feedback on their answers as well as body language and posture. These sessions help candidates to build their confidence in a safe environment to help them to perform better at interview.
This is a practical way to make individual support available as an additional service for employees who attend any of our Group Workshop sessions. We have found that these are an effective way to provide opportunities for follow up one-to-one discussions after a workshop.
