We are looking for someone who is looking for a few hours work each week, this may alter depending on the number of recruitment projects runniing. The role is offered on a zero hours contract but we expect it to take around 4 hours a week.
Based out of our office in Market Harborough
Due to the continued expansion of our company we are looking for someone to support the recruitment team researching and resourcing candidates for specific recruitment projects and making initial contact with them before handing them over to the recruitment team.
As a Resourcer/Researcher you will be responsible for:
Monitoring CV watchdogs to screen all candidates that have been identified in line with the recruitment project criteria
Working with various search tools to identify candidates for our recruitment projects and making initial contact with them
Uploading suitable candidates to our Applicant Tracking System for processing by the recruitment team
Working within the new GDPR guidelines (training given)
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent attention to detail
A methodical approach to work
Self starter, driven individual
Some flexibility will be required for this role which will be offered on a zero hours contract, but we expect it to take around 4 hours a week. It will be based from our offices at the Harborough Innovation Centre.
