As we are continuing to grow we are looking for a new person to join our team. This is a flexible position which would suit someone looking for a few part time hours to fit around their other commitments. Working from our offices in Market Harborough as part of our recruitment division. 
This position will be responsible for telephone interviewing our client’s candidates as if they are a member of our client’s recruiting team and making decisions on whether a candidate is appropriate for the role for which they have applied. 
Experience and Skills Required: 
You may have experience within in-house recruitment or experience as an interviewer and you are used to making decisions on a candidate’s suitability for a role. 
You will have excellent verbal and written skills to produce interview notes for our clients. 
You will be an excellent time keeper who can work to tight timelines producing all of the information needed within the allocated time-slot 
You will have good IT ability to be able to upload information to our Applicant Tracking System. 
You may have a background of the following Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Agency, Recruiter, Resourcer, interviewer, In-house recruiter, human resources, HR etc.,
