£23 - 28,000 + bonus
Based out of our office in Market Harborough
Due to expansion we are looking for a new head to join us to develop the business further working within business development/recruitment to target companies that traditionally use recruitment consultants to fill their positions using our unique recruitment model.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:
Bringing new clients with recruitment needs into the business.
Running these recruitment projects on behalf of the clients.
Developing exceptional client and candidate service and building long lasting and sustainable relationships with clients through the superior service that Emerald Starfish offers.
All project administration and paperwork for both the clients and the company.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of new business development and solution sales within the SME market preferably working in a target driven environment
Experience in both in-house recruitment and in a recruitment agency environment.
You will be an ambitious individual who is looking to grow as the organisation grows with the opportunity for personal and professional development.
You will be a self-starter, results driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to make a difference whilst being able to adapt quickly to different customers and as the role and company changes.
For the right candidate we are keen to offer a flexible working package and will consider both full and part time applications.
You may have a background of the following Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, Recruiter, Business Development etc.,
